After giving it some thought, I came up with a way that could add some balance and skill (or at least some skill) to supers.
Supers would still charge quicker based off the amount of kills you get but would lose a portion of energy whenever you died.
ex. If you have an almost full super bar but died 10 times in a row, you would have an empty super bar
Your super would also charge a bit slower than it currently does to limit the amount of corner campers/hiders at the spawn. I personally think supers should work similar to a kill streak or as a reward for doing well. So if a player was doing very poorly, they would most likely not get a super than entire game. Instead of how super work now, where every player can easily get a super regardless of their skill, this would only reward those players who are doing well.
However, playing the objective would also greatly increase your super to encourage a more diverse play style instead of running around with thorn and shotty until you get your death sphere.
Supers should be something you earn by doing well or playing the objective not simply by sitting at your spawn or dying 100 times.

I agree with that but there is a problem. You should have to have the NLB equipped to charge it not earn it. Lol jk like the ideas
