Bungie has nerfed the crap out of this weapon. No one uses it anymore so how can it be called an exotic. I USED to love the weapon until bungie nerfed it too much. I think that the magazine size should be 8 maximum. Raise the range to about 60. Lastly get rid of the 50% damage reduce after the first shot.
