New Subclasses!!! Must read!!!

Hello fellow guardians. I have a long commute to and from work everyday Mon-Fri so it gives me a lot of time to think. Fortunately I use that time to actually think. I came up with 3 new subclasses. I know Bungie will never see these so that is not my purpose. My purpose in this is to flare up ideas and pick up our thinking hats from under the bed and dust them off. Enjoy!!! I'll go with hunter first because it is my main and I find the class the awesomest of the three. Shadow Ranger (VOID)
This subclass is a mixture of the first two classes. It adds the stealthiness of a blade dancer and the firepower of a gun slinger. Main purpose is distraction Grenades: Trap Grenades: This grenade locks enemies in place momentarily. Does zero damage. Poison Gas Grenades: This grenades releases a toxic gas which poison any enemy caught in the mist and taking damage over time. Vampiric Grenades: Upon detonation you will receive 30% of total damage output. Sticking it on a guardian also steals super energy. Jumping Ability: I like double jump. It can be upgraded to go further or also to blink jump, allowing you to jump after blink. Melee Ability: Poison dagger. Can be upgraded to allow for a double stab creating a clone which stabs the enemy instantly after guardian stabs. Can also be upgraded to allow throwing the dagger. Super Ability: Shadow Manipulator: You create a shadow copy of yourself which follows you in combat and acts on its own attacking nearby enemies. Grants the guardian an over shield. And ups attack power. Can be upgraded to were if your guardian dies while super is still active and shadow clone is still alive your guardian will take over the clones body making it his own allowing you to escape death. Hunter will not have overshield.
Now for Titans. I also like this one. It took me a while to come up with but it really makes you feel like you're actually playing with a Titan. Warmachine (SOLAR)
This subclass is also a mixture of defender and striker. Defense and fire power. The job of this subclass is to create space for fireteam. Grenades: Radar Grenades: does the same thing that the grenade in CoD AW does. The one that highlights the enemies allowing you to track their movements even through walls. Pushback Grenades: It creates an energy blast that knocks back and damages the enemy in a 360 degree area also briefly stunning them. (Good for when you're outnumbered by thralls or clearing out a zone in Control) Stationary Flamethrower: This grenades shoots flames at enemies within range. It tracks targets. Jumping Ability: Lift: I like this ability. It's actually pretty cool to use. It can be upgraded to allow Titan to hover in place briefly. It can also be upgraded for a second burst slightly shorter for those areas that you came up a bit short on or quick mid air adjustment away from shooting enemies. Melee Ability: Punch: I love this ability. How much more better can you get? Well how about this; can be upgraded to flame punch catching enemies on fire or can also be upgraded to double whammy allowing the Titan to jab enemies twice landing both punches cause the target to explode. Super Ability: Tank: You become an unstoppable force of destruction. You titan becomes a stationary turret forged from solar energy. The guardian cannot move. The titan has a double overshield. It can move in 360 degrees allowing it to attack in all direction. It can be upgraded from miniguns to flamethrowers to 2 shots of guided rockets.
Now last but not least the warlock's new subclass. This one also made me think a little but I think I finally came up the right one. Arc Angel: (ARC)
This subclass focuses more as support. Warlocks are mystical. They have mystical powers and that makes them a force to be reckoned with. Grenades: Healing Pulse Grenades: These grenades emit a pulse that heals all allies caught in the pulse. Does no damage. Blinding Grenades: These grenades blind nearby enemies. Static Grenades: These grenades stick to enemies constantly damaging target and shocking enemies who comes near stuck target. (Another awesome one for control) Jumping Ability: Blink: Can also be upgraded to double blink or further blink. Melee: Focus blast: Palm with a twist. Using palm projects a short distance energy blast that damages the enemy. Can be upgraded to energy wall. Creating a wall which causes arc damage to anyone who touches it. Super Ability: The Right Hand: Very similar to radiance. You become infused with arc energy giving you lightning speed. Electrocuting any enemy coming in close proximity. You can also focus your energy into a single lightning strike which chains off of enemies to others within range. Causing more damage with the more super energy you have left. Here's the twist. It can be upgraded allowing you the ability to instantly revive any one downed ally. Health given to guardian depending on how much super energy is left by percentage. The guardian revived does not have an overshield.
There you have it guardians. I wanna remind everyone that I tried to keep these new classes as balanced as possible to not make one better than the other. If used correctly all classes could dominate. Used wrong and they could all fail miserably. If anybody sees something that they would do differently I would love to hear them. What would you add or remove. I'm open to all suggestions and criticism. I just want to see what we as a community would come up with. Edit: I would like to thank everyone for the comments/bumps. Let's here more ideas though!!! Also here's an idea for a new playable character: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/106252725/0/0 Idea for new elemental: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/107894810/0/0

 • I really hope some of these ideas are implemented.... But if you could hit someone two times at once with the poison dagger it would be an insta kill because two regular melees will kill any guardian and the poison damage would just be overkill. Granted the backstab perk for blade dancers is a one shot (i loooove this perk) but the poison dagger would one shot no matter if you back stabbed your opponent or not. For those of you who are unaware of the backstab perk it does 328 damage when you melee someone in the back (only when blink strike is availible) which does more than enough damage to one shot someone
