Collector's Edition Not Working

I purchased the Destiny Collectors edition for xbox one new from EB games and received the downloads to the dlc packs, ghost, and vanguard armour etc..and I had the kinect scan the codes. However I am unable to use my Frontier Shell ghost, and I don't appear to have the vanguard armour. I tried scanning the codes again but it says they have already been used (the first time I scanned them). Went back to the game and the ghost stays 'Requires Collector's Edition'. Please help!

  • Hi Brevyn, The Vanguard Armor code provides you with early access (read: lower level) to the Vanguard vendors in the Tower. It is not an item that appears in your inventory. Regarding the Frontier Shell ghost, can you confirm for me that you are using the same Xbox Live account on which you redeemed the Collectors Edition code?

    • Vanguard Armor codes don't work anymore cause it was for a head start program. Also try restoring your licenses.
