Exotic Weapon and Class updates needed?

Many casual players have this problem and are locked out of end game activities. Just because they're casual players doesn't mean they should be exempt from participating in FUN, end game content. •for Trials of Osiris, Raids and Nightfalls •vote to kick option only after first encounter (Trials of Osiris= after each match) •reduction in weapon and gear drops in the Trials •increase the rarity of an exotic weapon and raid armour in Raids and Nightfalls •[b]LFG/Fireteams [/b] If you put in the effort in making a team then you should be rewarded •remove strange coins and ascendant materials from weekly Nightfalls (optional) •increase drop rate of gear and weapons in raids •increase un-obtained exotic, raid weapons and gear drop rates
