For whatever reason my connection's been totally shot for the past hour or so, but I'm remarkably close to Rank 5 in IB so I wanted to try and get my bounties done. My connection typically residing in the high yellow-low green area. In my experience I was completely inable to deal damage, totally and completely incapable. Be it with Jolder's, Arc Blade, Golden Gun, Felwinter's Fusion, MIDA, Vex, etc. I could not deal a single point. But at the same time I recognized times I should have died. None-the-less the kills I was losing was FAR more than the kills I was giving away. I'm NOT saying it'll always prove detrimental, there are various breeds of lag in Destiny. Some may benefit the player and some (as in my case) prove anywhere between mildly to extremely detrimental.
