Titans and their panic buttons
I am so tired of titans and the "panic button" instinct. Shoulder charge and fist of havoc.
I think this class needs a severe overhaul, or at least a 3 second cool down between a shoulder charge and fist of havoc, and 8 seconds between 2 shoulder charges.

Fist of havoc is a super, therefore it will be a one hit. Shoulder charge needs to be CHARGED, (that's why its in the name) and it doesn't always work.
