I understand how you feel man. This is the same reason why I always play with a fireteam. Getting into the Iron Banner solo will only lead you to be matched with the losing team. Players usually quit matches whenever they know that they're already losing. Besides, most players who compete in the Iron Banner also bring their own fireteams to ensure their wins. Try to find teammates in the #Recruitment section and look for players who have their mic. Communication and coordination is the best weapon that you can equip in the Iron Banner. Good luck!
