With all of the debate saying that this or that super is OP or UP, I thought that I would offer a suggestion for a new way to counter supers. Create a set of perks, each designed to counter a single super. Each class would have a single item type that could have one of these perks, so that you can only counter [u]one super at a time[/u].
Example perks:
FOH, NB, GG, or BD can reduce you to 1 health, but cannot kill you directly.
You deal increased damage to players under the influence of WoD or Radiance.
These perks would randomly appear as the final perk in Legendary Crucible Gear. They would only appear on one type of armor. Perks could not be stacked. Only one Super could be countered this way. You could still die if a damage super reduced you to 1 health, and you were hit by any other attack, that wasn't that specific super, before your health regenerated.
