I have always had respect for DeeJ. He did his job, he did it well, but after watching the Planet Destiny podcast with DeeJ I have a new found respect for him. He truly loves his job and loves our community and that is utterly amazing. He's so dedicated to us and even though everyone complains about him he still tries to make everyone happy and give us a good experience in the time we play Destiny, the game we all know and love, atleast I know I do. So from all of us in the community, Thank you DeeJ, keep on doing what your doing.

My biggest issue with DeeJ is that he has no problem answering questions or interacting with the people on Reddit yet here, on their own forums, his update posts are comment-locked. Some may argue that it's because of how toxic the Bungie forums are, but that's no excuse. He's the Community Manager. If his own forums are so toxic that he can't use them as a medium to speak directly to the end user, then that's simply another failure on his part. Break out the banhammer, swing it like Thor, and fix the damn forums to the point that he feels "safe" interacting with us here like he does on Reddit.
