Help please
I've had this issue for awhile now but after the latest update its gotten a lot worse. When play destiny it will freeze the game then restart my Xbox. I thought I had fixed the issue when I bought an external hard drive. It has gotten worse since the latest update
I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game and DLC. I've tried the hard reset for it, cleaned it with an air can to remove any dust. Its not overheating. I'm at a point where I won't play the game until I can get a solution because I'm not able to be on it for more than 5minutes until it freezes.
Also I'm going to add that destiny is the only game on my Xbox that freezes.

2 RepliesHey there, Are you playing Destiny via physical disc or digital copy? If physical, you may need to ensure the disc is clean and the console is reading it. If you purchased a digital copy or the issue persists, you may want to trying clearing your console's cache: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539
