Exotic Engram disappear
I recently bought an exotic engram from Xur and when I opened it the engram disappeared and I received nothing. Not a piece of equipment or a shard or anything it just vanished. Please help.

This happen to me last night from the raid, using 3 of coins drop on my Warlock. Cryptarch un-encrypted the engram and it was not in my HUD in the gear section no more, destiny come on.

You dismantled it at the Cryptarch, you accidentally hit the wrong button.

1 ReplyAre you sure it was actually purchased? When buying from Xur you have to hold the button down for quite a while before the sale actually goes through.

1 ReplyYou might be full on gear check the postmaster and if you still dont see it, you might have lost it. The past few days a lot of people are losing stuff regarding to exotics. Why and how this happens i dont know But they need to fix it..
