When you play halo co-op does it bother you when somebody you play with kills marines? Explain why it does or doesn't bother you below.
-
I don't. I leave them all alone.
-
Really bad, yeah. I always obsessively make sure they live because I always feel responsible when they die :|
-
Master chief bullets can't melt U.N.S.C Marines.
-
I like having an entire firing squad following me on Reach. I revert everytime a group of them dies in a Warthog.
-
It doesn't because we are just playing a game. Now if they did that in real life I would beat them down.
-
I like the start of that mission with the pelican in Halo 4. If you kill 2 marines at the start of the mission, about 50 UNSC and Spartans will begin attacking you. It's like the only survival aspect of the entire game
-
No. One of my favorite activities is to just get a friend and kill as many as possible before the rest riddle us with bullets. But then again, I do have a tendency to do stuff like this. When I did far cry 4 coop with a friend, I made it my goal to kill every peasant/golden path member I could find.
-
It just makes me feel bad.
-
I love giving them rockets for the infinite ammo
-
Ya it annoys me because they usually end up killing us back.
-
I only kill them if their driving gets me killed. They always stop right in front of a wraith it's so annoying
-
I always make sure to give them my super good weapons when they follow me through a certain section, since they dont run out, they become my greatest ally.
-
They all die in CE anyway. Every last one of them.
-
Depends on which game. Because in some games they were actually good
-
The Marines die so quickly near brutes and sometimes Elites
-
I remember the days of when I would reset the first mission of CE if so much as one marine died. Good times.
-
I don't mind if it's accidental, but it pisses me off if they deliberately try to kill all of them off. One of my favorite memories was in Halo 4 with the Sticky Detonator. It was the mission with the scientists, and so wondering what would happen, I shot a scientist with the detonator, but didn't blow him up. My friend then shoots another one, and then yells don't move or they both die. The scientists pull out their guns, the 2 "hostages" die, and the rest kill us. I have never laughed that much playing a shooter game
-
If on legendary they're nothing more than 2 shot meatshields or portable ammo. So kinda mind
-
That is some serious clickbait there. Of course it annoys me. I like to babysit the Marines through levels for the challenge.

Edited by SpiderMan Two: 4/25/2015 4:45:49 AMYes it bothers me. Marines are like... ...wait for it... ...Brothers in Arms.
*manly tear
-
I wish we could play as elites and kill them more often.
-
I like their lines so I try to keep them alive.
-
Yeah. Why kill allies?
