After only 9 hard Templar completions, I still do not have a Fatebringer. I know that's not many but last night I was in a party with two of my close friends who were running Templar with a group of their own( I got home late and wasn't able to raid). I told them that they would definately get a Fatebringer. THEY GOT ONE BOTH OF THEM!! I'd like to hear everybody's Fatebringer stories! Edit-1: Did Templar last night three times and still no Fatebringer drop. However, I was able to get the Foil after oracles!
