New glitch? Strike Bounties.
Running strikes and keep not getting the bounties. Don't get the target, didn't die and it doesn't count and not counting towards my exotic weapon bounty. Anyone else?

Edited by RavenousLD3341: 4/24/2015 5:31:51 PMEDIT : FOUND IT https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12187 Here's the deal with strike bounties You have to deal damage to the final boss in the within the last 30 seconds of the strike. Failure to do so will cause you to miss the bounty I believe this solution was to combat AFK farmers, though it is a pain. If you are dealing with adds just keep an eye on the Boss' health. Once it's really low just take a shot at him every here and there. There was a help article on it, though i cant remember where to find it.

There is this glitch at the end of the strike when your in the boss room where if you, let's say only put damage on the boss(nexus for this instance) at the very beginning of the fight and then just take on adds the rest of the time it won't give you the bounty for the killing *nexus on Venus* so I've learned. And if your asking well why wouldn't you just be shooting at the boss the whole time, screw the adds.. I do it to complete other bounties (100 head shots, 30 melee kills etc etc)
