Grievances
I first started playing this game in December. My husband played it too. I was actually able to play with a silver account and managed to get up to level 23 without any group play. Then I got gold and made it up to level 30 with my Titan. I started a Hunter and a Warlock. I have enjoyed this game. My husband purchased both expansion packs (dark below, house of wolves). Then though some divine flaw, your servers died for us, constantly having problems getting booted. Currently, I have not been able to play at all, this recent 4/14 downloaded update takes so long that my internet drops off. Never mind the fact that I have no space left on my hard drive because your downloads take up so much space. So, I am bummed, because I used to love to play this game, now I cannot play it. I don't understand how our game play could be fine, and then get worse and worse over the past few months. It appears that, I wasted money buying and expansion pack that I can even enjoy.

1 ReplyThey have said that broadband internet required. If your problem is your NAT type, there are tutorials on how to fix the issue. Also, literally every game says extra storage space may be required. For your current space issue, I suggest investing into an external hard drive.(They are pretty cheap and can go up to 2TB before hitting a 120$ price.) Also, only the recent update was a large one.
