Raid Checkpoint Indicator

It would be very useful to have in the app, on bungie.net and in the game when highlighting the activity, a checkpoint indicator for where you are in the raid, and in turn, some movement on which of the loot drops you've received, rather than it essentially showing that you've done 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc. I often don't have time to do a full one (which I'm sure isn't uncommon), and there's more than 5 other people that I raid with regularly so the groups aren't always the same, meaning people are at different areas by the time I jump in, thus when choosing which character to run with to get the best go at the loot it's hard to remember which one is at which point in which raid; this will only get more confusing when the next raid eventually comes out, or if the prison of elders has a checkpoint system of sorts. Also it would make sense to only make this available to players after they've completed the raid once, so the names of the checkpoints don't give anything away about content they haven't completed yet. I feel like this could be reasonably easily implemented given the kind of changes that have already been applied to bungie.net and the app since launch. And sure could write it down, but come on, it's 2015.
