I found a bug when I to zur to purchase the exotic shard. I had the curos regime and when I upgraded it, I did not get to fully upgraded curos regime. What now? My gamer tag is ICEY YOE 0

You only upgraded it up from a lvl 300 to a lvl 331, then you have to re-rank it up again. If you have more exotics to do just wait until the HOW dlc, you're apparently going to get to keep all your perks when upgrading an exotic (and hopefully legendarys too).
