Yellow box not showing on my maxed black hammer sniper
So I have maxed out the black hammer and unlike my other maxed weapons the yellow box that goes around the gun hasn't came up anyone know how to fix this

2 RepliesNot 100% sure on this, but I read a post a while back that said there was a "hidden perk" and the way the code was developed for the gun it doesn't see it as being fully level. Pretty sure every black hammer is that way. Hope that Helps. [spoiler]hi[/spoiler]
