DEEJ - Private Matches -- BUMP THIS

EDIT: This was posted in APRIL. I understand that private matches are on the "list of things that Bungie knows the players want". Before I made this post, it wasn't on the list. I like to think that this post contributed to Bungie putting private matches on that list. _______________________________________________ Any word on private matches yet?? We were told to keep bringing them up if we wanted to have them. Last night during the Bungie bounty, there was spam throughout the whole entire stream of people asking for custom games and... no response. DeeJ responded to every comment BESIDES the ones about private matches. Private matches INCREASE THE LIFE SPAN OF A GAME BY A LOT. It's such a basic feature, I'm astonished that Destiny doesn't have them yet. A ton of people that wanted to play this game competitively have already LEFT, and a lot more will leave soon! [b][i][u]BUMP FOR PRIVATE MATCHES[/u][/i][/b] [b][i][u]LIKING THIS HELPS TO GET IT TRENDING AS MUCH AS COMMENTING DOES[/u][/i][/b] -no rewards for private matches -no xp/faction gains -kills, deaths, suicides, etc. don't count towards your stats -no progress towards bounties YOU BASICALLY GAIN NOTHING IN GAME FOR PARTICIPATING IN A CUSTOM GAME Well, we were at the top of trending and highest rated about two seconds ago, and suddenly... poof, the post isn't. Bungie - you guys are sitting on an absolute GOLD MINE, and as a fan and player, it frustrates me to no end to see you guys not take advantage of it by adding one simple feature. Imagine if Halo didn't have Custom Games... sure, it would have been popular still, but I don't believe it would have been nearly as popular nor as long lived. Please at least give this consideration. If you think nobody would utilize them, you're wrong! Look at the popularity of the first Destiny tournament! There's even a skirmish [url=http://bracketcloud.com/tournament/27452]ladder[/url] in the process of being created! [b]People want to play this game competitively.[/b] During the finals of the tournament, the competitors had insane viewer spikes on their live streams. The finals brought Destiny back to the top page on twitch! There's also a skirmish tournament taking place next week with cash rewards supplied by community members.
