Tricks and Tips: Help a Guardian out. (Even veterans may learn something).
Firstly, please don't post anything negative or unhelpful. Don't be THAT guy.
I gave a tip on another thread and it was pointed out that A) many people didn't know about it and B) this forum needs to be more helpful.
Here's my tip:
[b]Put field scout on your Thunderlord and reload so you have 60 rounds in the mag. Now change its perks to be more stable. You'll still have 60 rounds but you'll have more stability. Great for more Crits and higher DPS. This works for any gun but best with Thunderlord[/b]
If you have a tip that you think that not many people know about, post it in [b]bold[/b] for everyone to see and be enlightened.

23 RepliesEdited by Dukaness: 4/1/2015 7:32:24 PM*Edited for replies* Opening a Vanguard/Crucible/Faction/Public Event package gives you 5000 xp, so make sure you have guns and gear equipped when you open faction/event packages. Running the Fist of Crota Mission is a great way to get 3 Sword kills for the Eris Morn bounty (head to orbit after killing the sword and repeat 2 times). You can apparently go to the darkness zone, suicide, go back to the Blade and kill him again (I have not tested this). Vex Sacrifice Public Events net you as much (sometimes more) glimmer as the Exclusion Zone. It's a good way to help the burden of the glimmer grind and makes things a little more interesting. Some Raid Helmets have the Infusion Perk (allowing you to regen health when picking up an orb). Not a lot of people know this and dismantle gear right away after hitting level 32. Always inspect your gear carefully! Machine guns are more effective on bosses with crits than Rockets are. Jeez... I know I have more tips. I just can't think of them! EDIT: How could I forget! Fed up with the glimmer cap? Store your axiomic beads, network keys, silken codex and house banners in your vault. It will take you longer to hit the cap, because you aren't cashing those in for 200 glimmer a piece. Also, they work as a bank. Need 11.5k for that Iron Banner weapon and you're out of glimmer? Hit your vault up for 58 consumables that you've been saving!
