Public events. Closed got answer

Does anyone know if you have to be a certain level for the events or no i have been waiting for about an hour and i keep going to the spot and they dont show fir me.

Go to destinypublicevents.com and no level requirement, but I recommend being lvl 20+ to always get gold tier
