Felwinter's Lie...
A while back, you guys applied a shotgun nerf, but apparently one didn't get the memo. Bungie, what was your initiative to make this gun at almost the exact same time you came out with a shotgun nerf? Why give a select group of players an immunity to the nerf?

I can name two shotguns with these perks that are better than Felwinter's for differing reasons. Also, it's a goddamn PVP shotgun. Of course it's going to rule in the crucible. It is a reward from a high tier PVP event.
