[Red Hand IX, very stable, if you roll a model with Hammer Forged the low base range is made up for all the way until the only thing that doesn't out-range it is Timur's Lash! In the end, even if there is no Monarch the New Monarchy will still work to rebuild the Golden Age.

I just want the DO shaders then I'm doing FWC because no one does them meaning I can actually get shaders no one wants and look some what original in this game.
