Patrols and bounties with a level 30+

As soon as patrol is available on earth, spend an hour there doing patrols and killing everything you see. When you are level 4 or higher you can get bountys. Then get a high level player to carry you through the whole story campain with the herioc modifier on. I got to level 20 in 1 day on my latest character.
