Hey Bungie, What is up with the horrendous lag in crucible? It's unplayable. The video I'm sharing is from a match earlier today where the kill was literally unkillable due to lag. I checked my connection and it's the same 25 down and 5 up it always is...

Edited by R3MiX: 3/30/2015 9:59:22 PMThere is a router out on the market called Netduma. You have the option to choose who, what, and where you wanna connect to. It really helps reduce bad ping, connection players. You should look into it.

Nope they don't care about usability of their games just the slow drip of content.
-
Some people just have bad connections, I find stuff like that to be extremely rare and most of the time there is no lag.
-
That's your lag. Not his. He killed you before your blink attack. Just after you missed him with your shotty. Your lag made your death take a couple of seconds. That's why you couldn't damage him.

What?

-blam!- no

Edited by mfx-one: 3/31/2015 1:12:28 AMIt's been really bad for me for the past 2 weeks now. There is sometimes a good 3 seconds between a kill and the little beep beep that indicates one. This gives plenty of time for a scrubby Titan to resort to one of his many panic OHKs. It also makes it virtually impossible to outgun a halfway decent player. It's a joke considering all the superfluous animations popping off all the time. I would love to see someone officially address the issue but they clearly have other more important things they're working on.
-
No because that means they would actually have to work.
-
They could care less. I just love how people with terrible internet get rewarded with lag compensation that gives them the advantage. Why should I and everyone else have to suffer because Bungie wants to make their playing experience better? That is ridiculous thought process on Bungies part.
-
bungie have known about this issue for months but are far more interested in trying to make ammo packs brighter than fix the real issues, new players don't stand a chance in crucible with exotic bounties, I hit a guy today with 5 headshots but it was me that died, bungie need to come up with a way of kicking poor connection players, hell players even set them up to play with little connection because of the advantage gained, have you not all seem the clan red bar raiders. bungie need to fix this asap

I've been mentioning this since the beta. Destiny PvP is not as huge as Battlefield games with numerous vehilcles, destruction, various weapon types, etc, so I just don't understand why the lag is so damn bad. Melee has it's own special issues. You can melee somebody but they don't die instantly, actually, they can shoot you in that small window and you end up getting postmortem.
-
I never experience any lag whatsoever, let alone lag like this.

Edited by cobaltcrimson1: 3/30/2015 10:39:20 PMNot sure if it's Bungie or the internet/cable companies sucking. Timewarner decided to do maintenance in the middle of the IB without warning for 2 hours.
