A few things I've noticed in crucible.
First, switching from a PS3 to PS4, I'd figure the servers would be better, but I haven't been able to play a full match without being shot through walls, getting postmortem melee kills, or shooting someone point blank only for them to receive any damage.
It's hard to enjoy the game when I'm being shot from guys not even in eye-line, the lag is terrible and ruins the fun because I'm dead before people render in..
Before you say my internet is to blame keep in mind I've run 16v16 FPS games no issue, stream movies, and many other things that require more bandwidth than a 3v3 match.
It's disappointing to want to play this game and not be able to enjoy it. There's only so much PvE someone can handle.

That and bad net code make pvp a pain. Thats just sometimes though, the rest of the time its fun and if the lobby green bars its a blast.

1 ReplyDestiny servers arnt to blame. They do what they do best which is to channel torrents of data to their appropriate destinations. They can't help if someone's Internet is slow and sends everything slightly behind others. The players Internet is to blame not the servers.

3 RepliesWhat I don't understand is how BF4 can have 64 player matches with destructive environments and not lag while destiny has no destructive environments with 6 player matches and lags like it is doom from 20yrs ago. I mean seriously....even pve raids and strike list lag insanely bad. This is the biggest joke of a game in all time. Made the most money with the least support.

1 ReplyYes. I literally just quit a match because I got killed three times before the player was even visible on my screen or radar (not a hunter). The top three players in the match all did it to me and they are all red bar. When the crucible works it is amazing and I love it. Getting outgunned by superior skill is fine and I don't mind. Losing because the person in your match has their PS4 plugged into a potato as an internet connection is absolutely unacceptable.

I seriously HATE, that if I get full super energy in one crucible match it will be removed when I enter the next match!!

1 ReplyI'll bump, when the PvP mode does not struggle due to bugs it is by far some of the most fun my friends and I have had. To play it when it works is fantastic and I would love to see it repaired.
