Hey, I have Warlock, Titan and Hunter - the Titan is the only level 31 left to go, but to be honest, I am thinking about deleting him to make a second sunsinger warlock. The distinct advantage is the fireborn revive which is totally awesome for raids. I can't remember how long it took me to level up a character but when you consider its the story mission - that's only a few days - to a week (outside of full time work), plus leveling up the character - ie: the sunsinger build to the end (at least) and the vangard to level 3. Am I missing anything? Guardians that have done this already... got any advice? I was thinking now would be a good time so when the next dlc drops I can slap on new armour and be good to go - as I am sure our raid armour will be pretty worthless again. Plus I can swap it around from my other warlock anyway I guess. Any advice appreciated.

You paid for the game, enjoy it. Don't listen to anyone. If you want to have 3 of the same character go ahead. Personally I enjoy having one of each but to each his own.
-
I did exactly this. I had a level 31 Titan but didn't enjoy playing with it so I made a second warlock one dedicated to each subclass so I now have 32 sun singer, 32 void walker and 32 hunter. I still have all my Titan gear and most the exotics so I can always create one again if I feel like going back

I got two titans and warlock. Had a 30 hunter but scrapped it. Simply didn't enjoy playing as hunter at all, little scrub he was. Titans are BOSS
-
why do people need more than 1 of the same class? I find it kinda dumb when u can do everything on just 1
-
Actually yes i did! Dont rly have the time to farm and lvl up armor for 3 different characters. When i get a duplicate i lvl that up and give it to my second warlock. So that he will stay at around the same lvl as my main. This way i can do more nightfalls en raids faster

I deleted my warlock for a second titan. I couldn't stand that warlock jump and I have more fun punching everything. Play to your liking the options are yours.
-
For me it would be opposite lol
-
I play all 3 classes and not gonna delete any of them.
-
Pfft. No. I'd never sacrifice any of my classes for another of the other.

Edited by JigglinJellycube: 3/31/2015 3:43:17 AMNo but I sacrificed my hunter to make another Titan since he wasn't worth a damn. Kinda regret it though. Now I can't delete my other Titan because I'll lose my dead orbit rep

Why build 2 warlocks? Just change settings and swap guns

Im thinking about deleting my third Titan to make a Warlock. They seem like a very fun class to play as.
-
I had 1 of each, all at 31, then I realized I didn't want to grind for 3 sets of raid gear when I loved my Titan and Warlock so much more, so I made another Titan as that is my favourite class. I cannot be bothered to look for a pickup group, and most of my friends have moved on waiting for HoW, so... I have learnt to solo the first half of the raid on NM. I have 4 chances at gear for my Titan(s) and 2 for my Warlock. I cannot get weapons or the helmet with this tactic, but I have reached 32 for my Titan, and I am on my way for the Warlock. Trying to solo HM but cannot seem to down the Ogre at the bridge, no Gjallarhorn for me, and the Truth doesn't seem to cut it.

I will never sacrifice my titan. Never
-
Actually I sacrificed a warlock to build a Titan xD
-
Na i sacrificed a hunter to make a second titan
-
To have one warlock floofing about is enough for me
-
Why delete the Titan and bit just keep it and make anither warlock
-
Titans are fun dude, don't do that
-
Hell no Titans are boss
-
Titan and warlock are fkn beast
-
I enjoy having 3 different characters due to the unique differences in the game play and style that each offers. 2 warlocks to me would seem a bit repetitive. Plus you shouldn't need the revive for raids. Your call though. Have fun with it. 6-10 hours of game play to get to lvl 20 before the armor let's you jump up.
-
Made a warlock tried a titan deleted made a hunter got it to lv 17 make a second warlock and now i love my warlock twins and my hunter
-
I didn't, and never would because I like the PUNCHY PUNCH aspect. But that's my opinion - play the game however YOU want to play it, not how others want to!
-
I skipped the Titan in general and did 2 warlocks. It only takes about 8 hours to get to lv20
