Note: This video is of the last 15 minutes of the raid (PlayStation capture).
This is by no means a guide, but below are the steps my fireteam and I used to obtain the 'Flawless Raider' achievement/trophy:
Raid:
• Crota's End | Level 30 (Normal)
Fireteam:
• 3 Titans and 3 Hunters, all level 32
• Each with a fully upgraded rocket launcher with a good supply of ammo.
Note: We decided we wanted at least 2 Titans and 1 Hunter for this tactic.
Missions:
• Abyss:
We had a Hunter with invisibility buffed (Including the 'Don't Touch Me' gauntlets) and Mida Multi-tool equipped (For the increased agility) solo this part, while the remaining five stayed at the beginning. We discovered this was the both the fastest and lowest risk method due to unpredictable thrall attacks that may kill someone and the random deaths that would occur when first descending into the Abyss.
Note: Here's a video on how to solo the Abyss without attacking.
• Bridge:
First we discussed the order of which we would cross the bridge and assigned ourselves a number i.e. 'Third Sword'. We placed 2 people on each of the 3 areas needed to form the bridge (Left totem, right totem and the middle plate). The first three people crossing the bridge were on different areas from each other so no area was left empty once they had crossed. We collectively took down each Swordbearer as well as any nearby enemies making sure we called out the sword number once it was dropped.
The priority for the first person crossing the bridge was to take down the Gatekeeper, 3 downward slashes (R2 or RT) is all that is required. Then they they needed to quickly move their focus to the single Hallowed Boomer Knight, as this enemy can easily kill the next person carrying the sword while they are dealing with the Gatekeeper. Two rockets and a few sniper shots was the fastest and safest method.
Note: Repeat this for the next two people crossing the bridge.
Once three people had crossed we each mirrored the positions we had on the initial side of the bridge to maintain its formation, allowing the remaining three people to move around to attack and defend for efficiently. We would call out Knights and Wizards positions as they appeared to eliminate them as quickly as possible.
Note: The video starts here.
After the final person had crossed we deformed the bridge and took out enemies and ultimately the two Ogres that spawn, completing this part of the raid.
• Thrallway:
We held a position just outside the door taking out the Thralls (Cursed Thrall were the priority), one person was tasked with taking out the Shriekers. Using a single rocket and sometimes a few bullets after to be sure, we waited for the Shrieker to explode then had a Titan use their Ward of Dawn Bubble to protect us from the Shrieker death blast. We advanced forward and took out the next Shrieker using our second Titans bubble for cover. We then made our way to the end of the hallway, clearing all of the enemies before dropping down into the Crota area.
• Ir Yût, the Deathsinger:
Next we assigned two people (one for the left side and one for the right side) the task of both drawing out the Wizards from the crystal room and then killing the Shrieker. The remaining four would split up and head to either the left or right tower to take down their sides Wizard. Once the Shriekers were killed we had everyone move to one side (The right side: if you were looking at were Crota first appears from the crystal room), we focussed on just the weaker enemies clearing as much as possible before Ir Yût began her Liturgy of Ruin. Once this begins Ir Yût will stay in the same position making it very easy to kill her. We had each Titan place their bubble beside each others (one with Weapons of Light and the other with Blessing of Light) to act as a wall barrier and we carefully took her down with rockets. We then moved back outside to clear the remaining enemies.
Note: We made sure we could complete this part 3 times in a row without anyone dying before starting the raid.]
• Crota, Son of Oryx:
We decided to use the left door for this part as apposed to the usual middle platform so we could control the Swordbearers movements much easier and assigned one or two people the job of dealing with the Knights in the tower and on the bridge area near Crota. We took down the first Swordbearer and dropped Crota twice, putting around 6 or 7 clean hits into him – which take about 50% of his health. We waited for Crota return to the middle before doing the same and completing the raid.
Apologies for the long post, the important things to take from this are:
• Communicate at all times
• Make sure everyone is clear what their roles are
• Practice each stage with your fireteam, to make sure your tactic is working
• Be prepared to go back to orbit and start over many times
Good luck.

Making a flawless raider team must be lvl 31+ and have g horn or icebreaker add me for invite or message me for invite at Joeybatts420 I am a lvl 32 hunter
-
Thanks for the tips.
-
lmfao u act like nobody has ever done this before..... and run the maze with Icebreaker is a lot better

-
Awesome. Congrats Gaurdian.
-
Not trying to bash you guys at all, but Crota's End is a disgrace to the flawless raider trophy. Beating the VoG flawlessly is a much more rewarding experience, believe me. Without a doubt, it was the best moment of my time playing this game. There was nothing like it.
-
You pussys couldn't run the lamps legit. Your flawless is tainted and weak. You should take no pride in it.
-
Does the entire raid group have to be flawless to get the achievement?
-
Looking for a team lvl 32 hunter with g horn and icebreaker add me joeybatts420
-
Our run was fairly similar, the two major points of departure being that we ran the Thrall maze as a full team, and we used the center strategy.
-
Lame. You guys needed to cheese the first section to get flawless.
-
Good job bud! I did it with 2 people because me and my buddy were bored.
-
Pretty good! Ever thought of making one for VoG?
-
Good guide, I'm happy I got flawless off the vault though. CE is fun, but pretty easy.
-
This is pretty much the same strat we used. Only difference for us was we used center strat at Crota and before activating the crystal we had our Titans create orbs by Crota for the swordbearer. Our team was 2 Titans and 4 hunters. Our sword runner did the invisible strat at Crota where you melee him to go invisible. Made for the most efficient amount of hits each sword. I think you could just as easily run the left strat where you run from the rock under boomer tower. 2 swords all you need.

If any one needs a player 4 ps4 flawless raider add slyguy21

Welcome to the 0.6% club :D
-
Congrats! I completed it solo just this past week with my warlock. It was a great feeling after owning crota and getting the achievement.
-
Did it with 3 friends and 3 randos. We talked about the game plan ahead of time. We get to the bridge and one of my friends (Facepalm, though he's a solid player) admitted he'd never done the bridge legit before after we died from the totems. But after some coaching we beat it on our 2nd try!
-
Just 3 manned it today with my buddies! It was so nerve racking at Crota cp!!
-
How to do flawless raider. Dont die in a raid. Look that only took me 5 seconds!
-
Nice post. Already did with with 4 other friends. After reading this I would agree 3 Hunters and 3 Titans is a solid way to do this. Having a Warlock is helpful as well since they can pop radiance with damage reduction while active when killing Ir Yut with Titans blessing of light they have a very high survival chance and shouldn't die.
My group did it with 2 Blade Dancing Hunters and 3 Titans (2 Defender / 1 Striker) We didn't trust randoms enough to invite one into the group.
-
Nice post, i have been trying to do this today and will be again in about an hour, hopefully your tips will help!
-
It's much easier solo lol
-
You are aware that about 100% of the community can flawless this joke of a raid solo right?
