Why is the Pocket Infinity so lonely?

Give this tank of a weapon some love!
This is a full-auto Fusion Rifle that can return ammo to the mag.
Who wouldn't want that?
It's a beast in crucible.
Nightfall is Solar burn? Whip out the Pocket!

If the nightfall was solar burn, I would use Ice Breaker or Black Hammer. If I was to use a fusion rifle though, I would use Murmur. Pocket Infinity is a waste of an exotic slot for high level pve content.
