Funny, I finally got these, and I put them on and started a strike, and I'm seeing heavy ammo dropping everywhere, and I didn't even level the first xp bubble on them! Not only that, each heavy ammo drop is already giving me +4 rockets before I even unlock that perk, so needless to say I'm loving these things already. I'm almost afraid to level them up, I'm worried when I do I might break them somehow with how weird they're working right now...
