Can't hear fireteam
I have only very recently taken to trying the raids but have since discovered that I can't hear anything on fireteam chat and none of my fireteam can hear me. I appear as muted and they can't unmute me and I can't unmute them either. Switching over to party chat doesn't help, it's the same problem. My NAT is open, I've forwarded all ports and my headset works fine. I recently changed my DNS settings for Netflix as I live in France, could that be messing with my network? Any help would be appreciated because without chat capabilities it's obviously impossible to raid.

3 RepliesWhat console are you using? You could try to hard reset your x1 by holding the button on the console for 10 or so seconds or till it chimes and shuts off. If that doesn't work is your controller up to date? Maybe a console update?
