I have got to say this now. Every exotic in the dlc, so far has been so underpowered that I wouldn't even want to waste a weapon slot. Here are my thoughts on the DLC weapons thus far.
No Land Beyond:
I use it to mess with people, not even actually usable in PvE. Wooo. Headshot weapon that has too much movement when aiming down sights. Sight itself moves off kilter when aiming with it. Pitiful damage and low ammo reserves, 2 second long wait time before you can try and finish an enemy that realized he gets a free kill.
Dragon's Breath:
Horrible velocity, no tracking, with solar grenades? PvE weapon, suggested use? Devil walkers. They are too slow to dodge the rocket in the first place. Kinda hard to kill an enemy in PvP when they see it coming and can outsprint it.
Nechrochasm:
Hard weapon to get, seen in in PvE, useless. Seen it in PvP, border line troll weapon. Spray and pray weapon with very little spray and a whole load of pray.
4th horseman:
Decent looking shotgun, yet again a weapon that looks amazing. But utterly useless after the shotgun nerf. I've been shot by it three times before I realized I was taking damage. Looked to where the damage was coming from. The warlock that was 5 feet away from me started to panic. One shot of Invective later I was one kill richer.

Id say dragons breath would be on par with ghorn if they increase velocity and made the solar sticky this would make it useable in pvp but not op because sticky wont matter. And in pvp it would be the same as gally they take rocket damage plus almost another rockets worth of burn that they cant hide from.
