So yesterday I was reppin VOG with a pretty solid group. We got to atheon no problem, then this one guy announced that he was gonna use rockets on atheon because he had gjallahorn. The other five members of the fireteam asked him not too. We had 2 ice breaker users with fang of ir yut as their primary, and 3 with black hammer and thunderlord.
Times vengeance gets into swing, and low and behold gjallahorn fires off and atheon starts dancing around like Fred Astaire. We ask the guy not to use it second time and he still does anyway.
We ended up booting the guy and downing atheon in the first times vengeance with 5 guardians.
Now I know plenty of people with gally who aren't dicks like this guy. But why do some people think they're a one man army just because they have gally?
Spoiler alert
you're not
Edit 1: the annoyance was more to do with lack of the guy willing to use team work than the Gjallahorn it's self. It's all about DPS, and even when that had been explained, he still insisted on using Gjallahorn.
Edit 2: this is not about oracles, we did fine on oracles. You don't have to have weapons with Oracle disruptor for them, it just helps. As it happens 2 titans had ruin wings and both ended up going through both times, so both used TL to clear oracle's.

When people see that I have a gally I always say that I won't use it at atheon for that exact reason. Now if like 3-4 people had them then I would suggest that we try that instead. Just my opinion
