Weapon skin should vary on where you obtained it. I.E. [Crucible Thunderlord Skin from obtaining it via Crucible / Nightfall Thunderlord Skin with "Flame Aura" Giving you the color of flame surrounding your weapon from that color of weekly fire. If you ever change the coding to green flames, then all blue flamed weapon skins will be remembered as the first tier. I got Ice Breaker in the Crucible, most got it from Xur, but will anyone ever be able to tell the difference between mine and their "Nine Edition" Ice Breaker? No.. (You get the hint.)
