So, they announced more Vault Space is coming and how it's going to look. Great! We'll have some relief. Honestly, Bungie thank you. Truly thank you. You did what you could with what was provided to you in a quick amount of time.
But, it's not perfect. Not by a long-shot. Personally, I need space for two particular groups. I need it for weapons and general items.
My weapons are scattered across my three Guardians because I just cannot store them. I have tons of them. Particularly weapons from Raids as well as multiples of fusion rifles and snipers for different Nightfall/Heroic burn modifiers. 36 slots is quite a bit but I can see that filling easily after HoW.
My general items are worse. That part is always full with any of the weapon exp increasers not being able to fit as well as not easily being able to store Spinmetal etc and Class materials. I keep three characters and can't simply toss my Hadronic essence in the vault for my Warlock from my Hunter. I have to move other stuff first.
My Armour space is almost always empty. I normally keep all of it on my characters because there are less sets of it if you compared it to individual weapons.
So is the update great? Of course! But being limited to memory constraints because of how the U.I. is presented to us is disappointing. It limits how much space we can have. I believe we still need more than what they can give for us to be comfortable.
tl;dr (<~~ I do that right?) Vault Space update is good. But, not enough. Hopefully a new Vault U.I. can be made so it's easier on the memory of our systems and give us comfortable space.
Edit: I also forgot to mention that the Weekly Update specifically said we'd be getting more room for 'General' items in the future. Hopefully this includes a U.I. change.
