I mean, first test them before implementing them. Red Death is now a 1.5 hit kill. And all because you gave ALL pulse rifles a boost of about 19%. It’s probably more powerful than SUROS Regime ever was.
I don’t want to ask for nerfs. But why do you keep ‘balancing’ weapons in such a way that weapons simply have to become OP? It’s all mathematical right? Impact per second, etcetera. Once you implement a 2, 10 or 19% boost on a certain type of weapon you can calculate beforehand how powerful specific weapons within that category will be. So you can almost predict that people will ask for buffs or nerfs on certain weapons. And once people ask for nerfs they are called ‘crybabies’ by people who have that weapon. And some PvE players think that you’re asking for that nerf to be also implemented in PvE and become angry (Which is not what I’m asking for!!!).
But to be honest, getting killed by Red Death feels almost the same as getting killed by a Golden Gun shot. You see the player and before you know it you’re dead. It takes less than a second and even in Iron Banner where level advantages are ‘on’.
So please…. make sure impact per second is pretty much the same on all primary weapons and nobody will ever have to ask for a nerf or buff ever again. At least, that's what I think. :-)

In all first person shooters, not all weapons have the same dps. When one weapon kills faster, it generally more punishing if you miss. When weapons kill slower, missing a shot is as much of an issue. There are always trade offs. Given all weapons the same dps would not solve every issue. It would actually make more.
