I like NLB very much but it has problems. Firstly the iron sights should be reworked so you could actually see the enemy when he moves. All the unnecessary metal parts cover your field of vision too much and since guardians can move so quickly this is a huge problem. Another thing that is problem is the bolt reload speed. It should be faster so you don't have to rely on unreliable reload cancel glitch. Also mulligan's ammo return odds should be like 20% to make it useful in general. Finally the signature perk should be reworked. In PvP sniper headshots kill the target anyway without headshot damage bonus, so the bonus damage is wasted. In PvE bonus damage is useful against bosses, but because of the ammo capacity the weapon is useless in PvE in everything other than casual patrolling (in which you generally you don't even have to headshot enemies to kill them anyway). My suggestion is that bonus headshot damage should be replaced with something like "missing a shot gives a chance to deal bonus damage on next shot" or "hitting a shot gives bonus bolt reload speed". That way even if you miss a shot you have POSSIBILITY to kill your enemy with your next shot or followup shots are easier.
