IMO:
Hunter: Mask of the Third Man(BladeDancer)/Symbiote(Gunslinger)
Warlock: Heart of the Praxic Fire(Sunsinger)/Obsidian Mind (Voidwalker)
Titan: Ruin Wings(PvE)/Armamentarium(PvP)
