1 ReplyI own a particularly crafty parrot, and one time during PoE she managed to unlock her cage and fly straight into my face. Needless to say, my fireteam got to hear me shriek like a banshee and subsequently threaten to turn her into the world's tiniest mcnugget. Now every time she makes noise in the background, they start talking to her.

Awkward. The guy wasn't in our fireteam but he stayed in our chat. Scratch that. I had a really loud airy fart. After a two second pause everyone in chat died laughing.

8 RepliesI was teaching my wife gamer terms, such as "Filthy Casual", "Noob" and "Git Gud Skrub" (because she hears my 13 year old brother saying them all the time when he comes over). So, I'm in a fireteam with my friends and we're at Crota, HM. We're down to the last sword. We run out, get into position and, since someone is gspot horning the swordbearer like it's going out of style, he goes waaaaaaaay right. Our Swordbearer decided he's going to stand at the Titan bubble spot to "shoot" at him. *Player has died* (player is referring to my friends name) Dinklebot: Guardian down... *Crota summons the oversoul* *wipe* With my mic still open and she sees the look on my face on what would have been a clean first attempt, she yells, "You filthy casual, player! Damn noob, get good scrub!" "Um, was that your wife?" ".....yeah" "Dude, his wife just called you out! Get on her level!" Needless to say, I've been requested to keep my mic open whenever my wife is around.

1 ReplyI had a crazy ass ex. Like, crazy you'd only think to find in an awfully written movie script. Anyways, she came in one day spewing her psycho babble bullshit for the whole clan to hear. I didn't mute because I'd made them aware of her 'crazy' but wanted them to witness it first hand. I drive a boat that takes tourists snorkeling, sailing, etc and she hated it. I'm surrounded by 'whores in bikinis' all day. So I'm sure it was something about that. When she was done I said "you know everyone can hear you, right?" She was so embarrassed. The best part is that after that any time she came in and I knew she was about to go off Id just tell her that people can hear her, even if I wasn't in a party. Easiest way to get her to shut the fuq up!!!

1 ReplyI heard the best one the other day. Was raiding with a group of younger dudes, late teens early 20's the other day. We hear the one kid's dad walk in and say 'we need to talk' all seriously and what not, the kid says 'oh man what is it this time?' The dad says "have you ever heard of a mercy flush? What you did to that toilet this morning just isn't fair to the rest of the family" we all start laughing hysterically while the kid and his dad get into an argument about it. The dad keeps explaining how he's tired of it happening every day and the kid needs to learn how to mercy flush (where I come from it's called a courtesy flush but anyways...) funniest argument I've ever heard over a headset

It was pretty breezy out to so i left my legs open to get some air flow ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). My friends obviously didnt know I was naked so it ended up being really awkward when my mom came in to my room and yelled at me to "why are you naked?!" My friends started busting out laughing and I gave them the excuse that I was just changing clothes even though I was truly basking in my own glory

I didnt remember to mute my mic again and the only part of the convo they heard was "just because i licked your ass last night doesnt mean ill do it every night and stop calling it your brown starfish, its disturbing" I caused a wipe because no one could play they were laughing so hard

This didn't happen to me but i was doing the raid with my friend and his aunt comes in the room bitching about my friend drinking her bottled water. And I'm here like "o my god its just a blaming bottle of water quit bitchin about it. She asks my friend were i live and she said she will "punish" me. So anyways my friend had to leave so he could go with his aunt to the gas station to buy her water.

Was paying AW a few months back and I was talking on the phone. I had no idea how the Xbone mics worked so the full conversation was heard by the full lobby. Lesson learned. Always mute your mic in public matches.

I had watched a couple of Mr Fruit's videos ... he refers to the hunter's Golden Gun as the "Golden Penis," which I found to be hilarious, and catchy. I ran a couple Nightfalls, using my mic. Then I ran Crucible with a bunch of randoms, forgetting I still had my mic on. So I'm mumbling about stupid stuff, and a hunter pops the GG, and I'm screaming "oh s**t he's got the Golden Penis!!!" Of course then I realized that I broadcast that to everyone, and God knows what else. I shame quit at that point ...
