Here's the deal. 10 question quiz, all dealing with logic. Problem difficulty varies. Winner gets a COOKIE! 1. If it takes 5 minutes to make one cut across a log, how long will it take to cut a 5 foot log into 5 equal segments? 2. How can 2 fathers and 2 sons divide 3 cars among themselves, each recieving a car? 3. Some months have 31 days, and others have 30. How many months have 28 days? 4. If a doctor gave you 3 pills and told you to take one every half hour, how long would the pills last? 5. I have 2 U.S coins with a total value of 55 cents. One is not a nickel. What are the 2 coins? 6. Two men are playing chess. Each man plays 5 games. They both win the same amount of games, but they never tie. How is this possible? 7. Why can't a man living in St. Louis be buried in Illinois? 8. If dirt weighs 100 lbs. per cubic foot, what is the total weight of dirt in a hole 3 feet square by 2 feet deep? 9. If you had only one match and entered a dark room in which there was a kerosene lamp, an oil burner, and a wood burning stove, which would you light first and why? 10.
