I have been playing for a few months and try to at least get the daily public event. One of the coolest hooks of the live action trailer for Destiny that I posted above is at the 40 second mark where the Hunter's Ghost asks "Music?" To which the Hunter replies "something classic", and we are given Immigrant Song by Led Zepplin as the fireteam tears into the Hive pouring from the Hellmouth. Is this something that could be added to the live game environment? For example, say you are in the divide about 5 minutes before a public event is about to drop. Along with the notification of the public event, perhaps a little dialogue box pop up or even your ghost say "Music?" And then there could be a list of pre scripted responses such as: •Classic (as in the trailer) •Modern •New Age •No preference You get the idea - Destiny could even feature an artist or genre for a week. Imagine taking out a Devil Walker as flight of the Valkyries play. Sources could be pulled from Spotify, Pandora etc and I am sure there are Destiny Playlists that users have created that would be great for amping up Public Events. And the track would only last til the completion of the event and then would switch back to the game audio for the given level. That is my suggestion, keep up the great work.
