Destiny, isn't a game so much about where you play. You could be on Venus, Mars, the Moon, or Earth. (Crucible, even.) But you're playing the game regardless.
Sure, the feel of the mission, or patrol, or blasting the face off another guardian with your shotgun, changes depending on the variables.
But, as I've come to get about 300 hours into this game, it's about who I play with (for me.)
I've picked up about.. 15-20 friends who I can jump in with at any point, ask 'em how their day is going, what they're doing in game, and if they want some help. And just like that, I'm set to go. I can enjoy the game, and be with friends, be it 9:30 a.m. (EST/EDT for me), 5 o'clock p.m., or 3:02 a.m., a good time is always at my fingertips.
So, it's my opinion that Destiny isn't about where you play, but about who you play with.
Do you think the same?

Couldn't agree more. Without the social aspect I would've moved on long ago and I'm on my way to 500 hours.
