So since I have had destiny, my main has been a warlock. I love it. It's versatile in its abilities and over all playability. Recently I created a hunter.. As soon as I started getting farther with the hunter I started to feel attached. Slowly but surely it kept growing. Now playing as a warlock feels kind of... Well... Boring. Voidwalker burned it's fuse for me fairly quickly and offensive sunsinger is cool and all but if I join a group that's raiding or doing nightfall (even with my close bros) I always get kind of nipped at for not using self res. That's not to say that them complaining bothers me at all, cause trust me, the amount of -blam!-s I don't give are just astronomical. However I feel that holding self res on standby for a possibly crucial moment limits how much fun I can (kind of) have as my lock. Simultaneously I almost dislike using self res. I'm not hating on it, cause that ability has gotten me out of more sticky situations than I care to think about, but I like the additional rush of not having that safety net. I love that exacerbated feeling of "oh shit, if I mess up now, I'm messing up for everyone else too". I also like being more crucial in hm crota (future swordbearing hunter) or just generally having the capability to do so. Needless to say, I was curious if anyone else had the same dilemma. Or a story of change, for better or worse.
