Bungie had (and still has) some of the worlds best animators, and it really showed back then. My view is that you have to be a good animator to know how to use mo-cap well anyway. And don't worry about mo-cap stealing work away from you, As far as I know, you can't mo-cap a tripod (war of the worlds), or a centipede on rolla-skates yet.
