So, big surprise, we are now dealing with the pulse rifle nerf threads. Called it. So, to anyone who thinks pulsar rifles are overpowered, stop. Think for a moment. What was it first? "Vex is op". And then "Suros is op." And then "thorn is op." "Hawkmoon is op." "Suros is still op." And on and on. Now you have a new op gun to whine about, pulse rifles. Specifically red death and bad juju. Gee, more exotics. So, why do you think that is? Put some brain work to this one. Think really hard. No? Well, first, pulse rifles have needed a buff from the start. That's been painfully obvious. Now they have it. And they would probably be on part with all these other exotics, IF the crucibabies hadn't had the "nerf everything" fest. But now, pulse rifles are king and, shocker, you guys aren't happy about it. So let me offer an alternative. Instead of nerfs, ask for BUFFS. Now i know we're going out of the box with this thought, but stick with me. Ask for things like "give guardians more health or shield in the crucible" or "my auto rifle can't seem to keep up against hawkmoon. Maybe this auto rifle needs a slight buff." If people had been dating things like this, instead of crying "nerf," maybe our guns would quit getting ruined. So, next time you think "that damn thorn needs a nerf," instead try "can we increase the damage guardians can take in crucible?" Or something along the lines of evening or the playing field, not nerfing every exotic into extinction. (Btw, My next prediction for nerf threads is "nerf universal remote.")
