Yeah, that's right. And with team chat? No, sir, I can't agree with "catching audio cues like footsteps" from Leaf. Inferno needs, more than any other mode, the possibility of turning the narrator (and ghost) voice off. And maybe even better movement audios.

Yea lol, anyone who believed bungie's bs is an idiot. They're just trying to liven up their dying game by shuffling up the same content for you and calling it new.
-
No thought went into creating the inferno game mode. Just like the gun tweaks to get people replaying old shit, inferno is just crucible stripped down. Bungie: Hyping up vaginal discharge since Halo 2

Or how about that audio warning for the ward of dawn. How is a 1 second warning ever enough, and on top of that it's hard to hear anyways. They should add visual cracks to the inside of the ward that appear at least 5 seconds before it runs out

Edited by Sonks_92: 6/20/2015 1:45:02 AMIt would be nice to have the "radar" showing where your teammates are.

This.

True. But made me laugh ^^

Edited by Moist Waffles: 6/20/2015 2:09:22 AMDon't ya love when it's a really close game and the lead changes like 6 times in a minute

Inferno should be no HUD period. No Shaxx announcing, no score board, no death feed, no skulls appearing over dead teammates, no anything. THAT would be a blast. You don't even know when you're about to lose, or when heavy will spawn

wait there are actually footsteps? I never hear anything. No radar is cool and everything, but its still a bit difficult playing when you cant hear footsteps. Maybe its a good thing, but I think even halo had audible footsteps. but agreed, there should be a npc voice volume slider to go along with the music and game audio options. Idk what it is with bungie and not putting audio options in their games. Its just little things like that that make the experience less frustrating.

Stupid campers are complaining

Wait... Is inferno back?!
-
You know what's crazy they will probably fix this problem before the restore auto rifles
-
You know what they should remove from inferno? Supers. Make it 10x more challenging

I lawled

Hardly found this to be an issue during the crucible. interesting..but I do think that they need to give us the option to mute the damn music.
-
I hear everything just fine. Buy some Astro A40's with the mixamp pro, I can vouch for them and they are cheap too.
-
You know you've played too much CS:GO when you think Inferno means the map Inferno.

Does it matter? All we got is another variant of death match ... again. I want a true objective game mode.

That's something they could have learned from CoD. I have decent headphones (TurtleBeach Tango my wife gave me as b-day present =D ) and I could hear everything around me in Ghosts. I knew exactly where people were gonna come from, what they were doing, etc. Not happening in Crucible Inferno. But there's also another difference. Crucible is a clusterfuk of people running around like headless chickens. Most of the time you have some basic strategy going but people are just rushing everywhere. Add the loud music, narrator voice, ghost being an ass, to a bunch of people rushing and shotgunning everywhere and you might as well mute the whole thing..... no discernible sounds to pick up "audio cues" from.

I'll admit, the pvp audio in Destiny is the worst out of any fps I have ever played. It's terrible.
-
Are foot falls still heard if the player is crouch walking? Many times I try to stay off radar with crouch walking but it always seems the enemy knows my exact location at all times.
-
SO what happens when you are in a fireteam of friends? You want them all to shut up while you listen to footsteps?

What is this, Call of Duty?
