Don't be like me
Don't be like me. Give your life some kind of meaning, because if you don't, you will regret it. I have no friends, no girlfriend, no wife, just nothing. I can't recall one moment in my life where I have done something I was proud of myself for. I've chased off anyone who's ever loved me, and lately I can't even stand the face I see in the mirror.
I don't expect anyone here to take this serious, but I just needed to get that off my chest.

Exercise, and do everything you want to, especially if what you want to do frightens you. Everybody can improve, and I believe that you can become a positive wonderful person no matter what. Work hard.

Get some exercise in your day. Build self esteem. Find a hobby. Put yourself out there. Wallowing only leads to more bad things.
