Poll Question: Have you noticed the recent changes to available Secondary ammunition in the Crucible?
Instead of screaming through the keyboard, I'll just make a poll and toss out my feedback related to 1.1.1's effect on the availability of Secondary ammunition in the Crucible.
From what I understand, the update was partially aimed at reducing the amount of Secondary fire going on in PvP.
What I did notice was that if I wanted Secondary ammo, I had to go find it more often. Well, slightly more often. However, the player doesn't seem to lose it upon death like Heavy now (different subject, but I'm definitely pleased with the results) and there are ammo crates all over the map.
I have no issues with the damage shotguns deal or that snipers can two-shot targets; I believe they work as intended and fit their roles in combat perfectly.
I find myself the recipient of more buckshot than bullets in the Crucible. I think it would be appropriate to place more value on medium-ranged gunplay by reducing ammunition availability rather than making the guns unusable by nerfing them further.

If you read what they did in the recent update they said they nerfed the special ammo in crucible so it spawns less

I use invective as a secondary so... Doesn't really affect me

Edited by Legend of Jordy: 3/5/2015 7:49:08 AMI use Universal Remote, so it really doesn't matter to me. I guess just make secondary ammo in PvP drop less.

They changed secondary ammo?

WAH!!!

Pvp needs much less secondary ammo. I agree that shottys and snipers are good as they are. The problem is the infinite ammo

Yeah halving the ammo on start of the game doesn't help when special ammo boxes spawn crazy. What they needed to do was make special ammo spawn less.
