Buff hard light
Many people have hard light but no one uses it. Why? Because it doesn't compete with autos or any other primary exotic buff it. Ideas:
1: Make it deal arc or void damage
2: increase impact
3: More useable
4: jut an idea, what would happen in pve of hard light could shoot through shields (just a suggestion of course this would not apply in the crucible)
Many people have it hardly anyone uses it because it just can't compete with other primary weapons, some legendaries are better then it.
Please fix this!

I remember being destroyed by this weapon in pvp, back when Bastion was in the control playlist. Was it nerfed or just coincidence that most of the people (that I ran into) that had it were just good with it? I remember on several occasions having scores like 15-6 and 4 of those deaths coming from Hard Light. p.s. Yes I know this is anecdotal, I'm not presenting it as evidence towards anything.
